How do I change the email address for my account?
You may change your e-mail address at anytime in the 'Update Profile' area of your account accessed via the "My Account" link (located at the upper right top of the Aathitya Travels homepage).
How do I contact Aathitya Travels sales and customer care?
You may contact our Sales and Customer Care Department by email, phone or regular mail. Please note we have differing email addresses, regular mail addresses, and phone numbers for specified products.

How do I update my profile information?
You can change your profile information (email address, address, phone etc.) in the 'Update Profile' area located in 'My Account'.
Can I change my log-in name?
Yes, you may change the log-in name. To do so, visit to the "My Account" link and click"Update Profile". But, we suggest not to change the log-in name as you might loose all the reservations made on the web site.
How do I change my password on-line?
Yes, you may change the password. To do so, visit to the "My Account" link and click"Update Profile".
How do I log off of the site when I am finished?
Just click the "Sign Out" button located at the top of the page to log out/sign out of the web site. You may also close the browser you are using when you have completed your visit to the site will effectively log you out of our site. No one else will be able to access your personal information without having both your log on and password regardless of the welcome message that appears on the site homepage when the browser is reopened.
How do I cancel my account or profile?
Please email our Customer Care team the name, address, and phone number listed in the member profile and we will delete the requested member account. Please note that canceling an account will not cancel any pending reservations booked through Aathitya. Once the account has been removed from our database, any pending reservation details may not be accessed online.
How do I change my name in my profile?
Yes, you may change the Name. To do so, visit to the "My Account" Link and click"Update Profile".
